Hair, fashion and style have always been my passion. I spent 10 years working hair shows as a colorist for Matrix. It was a fantastic opportunity meeting and learning from many of the top stylists from Coast to Coast while working with all hair types.

Wendy Gorton

Wendy gave her first haircut to her older sister when she was just 4 years old. Mom's response "that's not cool at all". But that was then, before the art-based education at Shining Mountain Waldorf and September schools and before the hair styling academy. Now when Wendy gives a cut her clients say - Wow!!

Wendy comes from an artistic background both through her schooling an having worked in Boulder's upscale salons for more that 17 years. She specializes in men's cuts , women's coloring and styling from Wall Street hip to runway chic.

As she puts it - "I love the challenge of working with highly respected stylists. It's fun & exciting. Plus I'm constantly learning new techniques. This is a fun business. I so enjoy developing styles that compliment my clients personality.

Heidi Shedd

Heidi has been a hairstylist in Boulder for more than 14 years. She is trained in Schwarzkopf, Aveda and Redken color techniques. As well as Toni & Guy, American Crew, Vidal Sassoon and Steven Meisel color and cutting techniques. She has experience working fashion shows, weddings and theatrical production's for both hair and makeup.

Color is Heidi's specialty! Whether it be it be creating shiny multidimensional shades of blond from honey to platinum or working with rich brunettes and redheads. Using color melting, sombre, balayage and color glossing are all her specialities. And if you're into bright and wild......Heidi's your girl!!!

"I love doing classic cuts and color as well as edgy and avant-garde styles. Creating a look that suits my client's personality and lifestyle. One that fills them with confidence. That's what I enjoy the most.

Sandy’s passion is people. She loves working with her clients and utilizes her years of experience and training to achieve an attractive, contemporary style for them. She can design a hairstyle that is unique to each individual client, then teach them how to maintain it at home.

Her specialties include Framesi hair color, highlighting, precision cutting and fine hair. Be it color or cut, she has an eye for style that will make you love your hair!
